Rhuggenaath wants emergency law to circumvent bureaucracy
WILLEMSTAD - The government of Eugene Rhuggenaath wants a special mandate from the Parliament of Curaçao to boost the economy. The bureaucracy must be circumvented through ministerial regulations.
The Emergency Law, which must regulate all this, is currently at the Advisory Council. Then it goes to Parliament for voting. This Emergency Law is valid for one year.
