Health Inspection files complaint against Advent Hospital
WILLEMSTAD – The Health Inspectorate has today filed a complaint against the general and medical director of the Advent Hospital.
According to the inspection, they refuse to cooperate with the inspection department of the Health Inspectorate and they are obligated to do so by law.
In a press release, the Inspectorate states that they have been contacting the Public Health Inspectorate since July 4 this year, despite the fact that the Inspectorate has requested this on several occasions. The inspectorate calls for supervision interviews because according to them there are questionable dubious admission indications, questionable future plans and possibly illegal medical specialists.
Because contact is impossible, the Inspectorate will now go to the Public Prosecution. They are also considering imposing one or more penalties on the hospital.
