Dutch civil servants may fly again with InselAir
WILLEMSTAD - Dutch Government officials are allowed to fly with the Curacao airline InselAir. More than a year ago, the government banned business trips with this company for safety reasons.
The problems at the airline and the aviation authority on Curaçao (CCAA) have largely been remedied. This was done with help from the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT).
This eliminates the main cause of the flight ban that was imposed at the time and, according to Minister Cora van Nieuwenhuizen (Infrastructure and Water Management), there is no longer any reason to maintain the ban in force.
