Aqualectra: invoicing system to normalize soon
WILLEMSTAD – Customers of the utility company Aqualectra should soon receive their normal invoice in the mail again. The company has informed this in a press release.
Billing has not functioned for several months. The mikuenta page also largely failed. All this was the result of the switch to a completely new system, in which the transfer of the data caused problems.
Some users still received an invoice in January, but they often turned out to be incorrect and should not be considered as sent. All customers, Aqualectra promises, will now receive a final invoice for January. Work is currently underway on those for February. Those whose water meters were checked in March will receive the invoices for February and March at the same time.
